A 'JC strap' to pull the boom out is permitted.

The limitations are covered in the Class Rules and the rigging description can by found in the Rigging Manual.

Apologies if this is covered somewhere else . Do the rules allow the boom to be pulled out by elastic for light airs ? If so what are the attachment points abd ideal / allowed diam of elastic .
