Err - you dont need to drill out anything on the tiller... you just replace the bit on the tiller extension by knocking out the pin.
The tiller has a plastic cap which just pulls off.

I am about to replace the uj on my tiller and I will welcome any top tips to help me complete it painlessly as possible.
After drilling out the rivets into the tiller, what size do I use to replace them? does the little aluminium pin in the extension just knock through, it seems that the ends may have been rounded over?
