Brian,
Sorry to hear that.
I suggest you fill the holes with epoxy paste, re-drill the holes and then putt the screws back in with wet epoxy.

My selden block deck organiser pulled out of the deck as I pulled on cunning ham last night. Anyone any experience of this and how can I fix it??
