Kicker Swivel Cleat - mushroom bolts
About a year ago the bottom base of the kicker swivel became supplied approximately 2mm thicker leaving the 3 bolts 2mm further from the bottom of the 3 mushrooms that lock into the deck. Since January 2020 new production parts are now made with 2mm longer bolts to compensate.
RS Sailing have made the longer bolts available for customers free of charge if they wish to change them on their previous new bases. See the attached image that helps identify the affected parts. The new parts are the only ones that need new bolts.

Non UK owners should contact their Dealer if they wish to obtain the longer bolts. The RS dealers have been informed of the issue and RS will only send bolts overseas direct to their Dealers.
