This shows a couple great options -

I like this epoxy for general carbon or glass repairs, but UV resin or JB Weld is also great:

Carbon fiber can be repaired like fiber glass - use West Systems epoxy to fill chips and cracks. If the cracks are superficial, that is. Make sure the carbon fiber isn't delaminating or splitting apart at the trailing edge.

Phil,

Would you have any comments on how you ended up fixing this?

Thanks

Tim

Hi everyone,

As the season comes to an end I'm starting to think about the list of jobs (repairs, tweaks etc) that I have put off over the summer when being out of the water has been the priority!

One of them is to sort out the small nicks in the trailing edge of my dagger board which have been there since I got it.  I appreciate they may not fundamentally improve performance but compared with the tracking edge of my rudder they are a bit frustrating!

Does anyone have any recommendations for what I use to repair them?

Thanks

Phil
