Thanks Andrew - that is really helpful.  Having just looked at mine again that is the issue that I have.  My lock out is too flush and won't push up so is ineffective.

Yes! Very annoying. Has happened twice on the racecourse and I just sailed back in last time I was so p’d off about it. I suspect I need to push the triangular button up from underneath. Not the first time it’s happened...I’ve assumed it’s my lack of attention to detail when building. I do remember that the lock out was in a downward position and wouldn’t lock no matter how much I persuaded it.

Hi guys,

Over the past couple of weeks I have managed to pull the mainsheet block shoe out of the mainsheet base when training.  This has happened when sheeting in around the leeward mark and sheeting in when sat at the back of the boat on a reach.

I was wondering whether anybody else has experienced this, as the mainsheet block shoe and base seem to look ok?  If anyone has then please let me know and any tips that you have to prevent this from happening?

Thanks!
