Yes Russell - I agree-  you are correct the Selden part is what is used on the tiller supplied by RS.

However I have now fitted the RWO R8044 in a replacement carbon tiller and it does fit straight on to the Selden bit that's riveted on to the to the tiller. 

FYI the Allen universal joint does not fit although its very close - it is just slightly larger.

I was looking for this as well and think it is RWO R0840.

I have the part of an old RWO omniflex that attaches to the tiller and it fits the Aero tiller extension  
 
And the following seams to prove it
