What would you do to rig it differently for the 7 and 9 rigs? That posting says that it is set up for the 5 in that picture. What lengths would you replace their 720mm and 110mm with?

I agree  that we'd better leave sufficient room to pull on the vang.

When I first set up the new aero, I failed to make enough vang lenght then I could not pull ot on in gusty condition.

Getting the right length is essential to ensure you have sufficient range when the breeze picks up and you need to pull on the vang / kicker.
