RS Aero TopTips 2020/21 #89 - Boat Speed - George Cousins 

For 170 years the Americas Cup has always been won by the faster boat. With that in mind George Cousins' RS Aero Zoom session on Thurs 25th March attempted to unveil some of the mystical gems that can create valuable 'Boat Speed' in our RS Aeros. During the 60 minute recording George uses his RS Aero coaching videos as both example and discussion points whilst engaging his audience's questions and experiences.

Topics discussed include sail controls, sail trim, hull trim, body positioning, body dynamics, stability and steering.
