Downwind is still the area for me where I can't quite get it right. I'm 90kg and often get caught up. Upwind I'm ok, I can keep it flat and get the trim right most times but I guess it's practise, practise, practise!

I'll give my input on the hope that I'll see other's!

I'm still running on basics. Kicker on upwind, more so in a blow. Outhaul mostly out upwind say a handwith of fullness in the middle, off reaching (about 10" depth), on again running (sail mostly stalled anyway). Downhaul to take out the creases when kicker on, harder on if very windy, off reaching or running.

Still trying to figure out running between straight downwind boom right angles, boom over 90 degrees out and/or by the lee like lasers. Also just how much kicker to let off -  too much off in light weather and you get nasty creases.

Plate up a bit downwind but not convinced it makes much difference - I need a tune-up boat!

Any collective thoughts yet about sail trim - upwind, downwind, reaching? I'm still experimenting and input from others would be useful - perhaps for us all in these F1 machines
