FRIDAY PRACTICE

Greg and Peter sneak in an extra Friday practice whilst the RS Aero UK Youth Team are in school! We need to do all we can to keep up with their excellent Training Program!

Fantastic sail. Windy, but not as windy as Saturday and this time in RS Aero 9s with wind against tide. A good day for checking the limits of avoiding the wave in front with the big rig.

We made the most of the last of the ebb to exit the Solent and escape on to the open ocean up to the Shingles bank, finding plenty of wobbly water in Fiddlers Race off Yarmouth and Hurst Narrows. Then a 30 minute planing run back to Lymington to be just in time for school pick up!

The Championship season is upon us with one week to the UK Southerns, one month to UK Nationals and just two months to the Europeans! Who is ready? Who is fit? Have you got your early entries in yet?

EVENTS LIST

Photo by RS' Lee Timothy, whilst he launched the six RS21s for this weekend's British Keelboat League event at Lymington. Good luck in that to the star RS Aero Team from LTSC of Liam Willis, Will Taylor, Gregory Bartlett & Joe Gallivan
