RS Classes End of Season Champs - Rutland SC, UK, 3/4 Nov
27 pre-entries are signed up at Rutland for the Grande Finale of the UK Southern and Northern Circuits, joining the rest of the RS family at the end of seasons. Saturday's mass RS mixed class pursuit race will give bragging rights for the best UK RS sailor of 2018 - can the RS Aeros improve on their 3rd by Chris Larr of 2 years ago?
Wurstfest Regatta - Lake Canyon YC, Texas, USA, 3/4 Nov
Canyon Lake near San Antonio is the venue for the ever popular Wurstfest and to close out a busy year for the Texas RS Aeros who have 13 already signed up in advance.
Die letzten Helden - BSC-Hamburg, Germany, 3/4 Nov
'The Last Heros Regatta' marks the end of an active season for the German RS Aero fleet as they join the mass mixed class end of season yardstick event on the Elbe. Mulled wine, happy hour and cocoa boat will provide for a sociable end to the 2018 season!
UK Youth Winter Training - Hayling Island SC, Hampshire, UK, 3/4 Nov
30 Youths (under 22) are set for the first if this season's UK Youth Winter Training at Hayling. This is the first of the series of six coached weekends, one a month through the winter - but if they continue to beat the grown ups we will be sure to cut down on that next year!
