Lymington Mid-Winter Stadium Racing

A midwinter series of short course sprint races in the Lymington River to keep our hand in! Racing will be held opposite the Club and slipway, therefore accessible to spectators.
Racing will be Class racing with 4 entries in an RS Aero Class necessary to form a fleet. Rig sizes can be confirmed up to the time of the race briefing. Where there are insufficient entries to create a fleet, rigs may join the next rig size up if they wish to stick with their smaller rig.

Entry Fee: LTSC & RLymYC club members Free. Visitors £10, pay on the day.
Briefing: 11:40hrs outside Club, be changed and ready to launch
First Start: Straight after the briefing, off the pontoons
Format: A series of short course sprint races and finals in the Lymington River.
Catering:
NoR: Informal fun event, as per this event page and the race briefing. No discards, winter sailing is too valuable to waste any with discards!
Subject to wind and temperatures rule 42 may be intermittently relaxed by the PRO - that can be a great way to stay warm on a chilly day!
